I just wrote a super long update and for some reason it didn't post so I will make this brief and then later try to redo my post that didn't take.
Sara still hasn't woken up.
The clot seems to be disolving although we learned today that becasue it is an old clot that is organized it could actually take months to disolve.
Thanks for your messaages! I'll post soon.
